Our community is very valuable to us, and of focus is to keep it safe and organized. Our community wishes everyone to have an enjoyable living experience through a wide range of communal maintenance services and activities.

We have a General Assembly made up of all the owners within our complex.   All matters pertaining to the ongoing care and maintenance are discussed by the General Assembly.  Our services (security, gardening etc) are managed via Byala Cherkva OOD, a company owned and managed by owners from the complex.  So everything is within our own hands to take care of our own living environment.
