Who We Are

Our complex is located on the outskirts of Sofia in in the foothills of Vitosha mountain.  Pancherevo lake is just 5 mins away.  
We are a private gated community with a combination of 85 town-houses & apartments to suit families of all shapes and sizes.  Our complex includes a kindergarten plus a beauty salon and a playground for kids.   The surrounding area is fast developing into one of the most desirable places to live around Sofia, with easy access to the city as well as the fresh country air.    
This website is for the public, with a private members-only area for owners and residents of our complex, where we will keep people informed of latest plans and activities and keep the overall community spirit alive and well.
